To join, or quit, our mailing list you just fill in your email address
and hit the button. All commands respond with a confirmation by email.
So, if you entered your email address correctly you will get a response
in your email very quickly (the server is plenty fast, probably 5 seconds,
so the only delay should be the Internet - how long it takes mail to get
back to you). So, give your email, click the button, and check your mail.
When subscribing, you will be sent information telling you
about the service...basically, you just send mail to "WEECCAnnounce@weecc.org"
and your message is posted to the mailing list.
Subscribing to digest or individual messages will switch
you if already subscribed to the other (you can't be on both digest and
individual with the same email address)
